this triangle pose variation serves as an excellent stretch to your hamstrings, core and back. you will feel this stretch particularly between your shoulder blades as well.
T-Tips:
- to enter this pose, simply shift one hand towards the center, keeping your back straight and hips forward
- begin to twist up, keeping both arms straight, hips aligned forward
- look up towards your raised hand, and breath for 3-4 breaths
- switch and repeat!
