first night of +Lights All Night was AMAZING! gahhhh, i can't even believe i survived for one, but i was definitely sore from all of the jumping around. so, what better way to unwind than yoga? since the room was a double [and i didn't feel like searching for the gym] i had to work with the narrow hallway. this explains why my hand/foot is cut off in the mirrored image above [but this did help with my lateral balancing]

essentially, i started out in Eka Pada Koudinyasana I, then slowly tilted my top leg upward until completely vertical. lots of breathing, lots of pushing, and concentration - just look at that forced smile!
i'll see if i can do this again this weekend, but chances are i will be too exhausted from eating...sleeping...raving....and repeating
